A: Yes, plans can change and we understand. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay will apply.
In the case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
To cancel your booking, please contact us by phone or email with your confirmation details.
A: Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. This allows us to prepare the room for our next guests.
If you require a late check-out, please make a request at the reception desk. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. An additional fee may apply.
You are welcome to store your luggage with us for a few hours after check-out if you plan to depart from Missour later in the day.
A: Our refund policy is connected to our cancellation terms.
A full refund is provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your check-in time.
We are unable to offer refunds for early departures or for cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
A: There is no need to print your booking confirmation. A digital copy shown on your smartphone or tablet is perfectly acceptable.
More importantly, please ensure you have a valid form of identification for check-in. As per Moroccan law, we require a passport for international guests and a national ID card (CINE) for Moroccan citizens.
